General Conditions

  1. The service offered has a minimum duration of 2 hours and a maximum duration of 7 hours.  The night tariff/fee will be applied for returns after 8 p.m.
  2. The itinerary may be changed by the skipper for meteorological or navigational reasons, Mamma Mia will not be held responsible for itinerary variations, unplanned stops, loss of time and for any interruption caused by the personal initiative taken by the skipper for safety reasons, especially in case of adverse weather conditions.
  3. For safety reasons, if the skipper imposes route variations, stops or landings for meteorological or navigational reasons and not previously agreed upon in the exercise of discretion and safeguarding of the client/s’ security, there will be no provision for refund where these events may impose on the duration, destination or the quality of the service.  The client/s fully acknowledge the authority of the skipper to repress any type of behavior that may upset the regular, calm, ongoing progress of the service.
  4. Mamma Mia commits to present the boat in a perfect condition of cleanliness and efficiency as per the requirements and regulations, fully equipped with all the safety instruments required for the type of navigation that is involved.
  5. In case of unpredictable failure or damages that could require a temporary stop for repairs, the owner will endeavor to reduce the repair time to a minimum and the time recuperated within the day, if it is not possible to recuperate the time lost or continue with the tour, Mamma Mia commits to reschedule your booking at the soonest possible convenient date for both parties  If this is impossible, then Mamma Mia will offer compensation for the lost time.
  6. Mamma Mia declares to be submitted to Insurance coverage as per legal requirements.
  7. On boarding, the guest should be fully aware of risks and dangers that a yacht cruise could cause.  In case of injury not caused directly by an error or the responsibility of the skipper, the guests cannot request compensation or reimbursement either from the skipper or company.
  8. It is the guests responsibility, prior to boarding, to inform the skipper, in complete privacy, of health problems, medical problems or allergies and of any food intolerances.
  9. If a guest is a non-swimmer then the skipper should be informed and they will be requested to follow the safety precautions imposed by the skipper.
  10. The guests declare that they have been fully informed and are completely aware of the cruise features chosen by them and vessel characteristics, conditions and maximum person capacity.
  11. Any luggage brought on board must be limited and essential, contained in small soft bags to allow for correct storage.
  12. Each guest is responsible for his/her personal effects and will be personally questioned in case of robbery, loss or damage.  He/she is also responsible for damage to the craft caused by incorrect behavior or behavior in contrast with advice given by the skipper.
  13. For everything else not specified by the conditions written in this contract we submit to the Italian Law.
  14. DRUGS are prohibited on board, even for personal use
